Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is seeking a proactive Loan Processing Support Specialist to join their lending team. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine that drives our CRE term loans from application to closing.

salary : $27.38 - $27.4 per hour

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing robust loan processing support with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan products.
• Works directly with Loan Processors to order third party reports, review and upload needs list documetation.
• time management skills ensuring full pipeline oversight of term loans secured by real estate.
• Partners with Relationship Managers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.
• Engages attornies, title, and escrow as needed.
• Knolwedeable with all phases of financing and closing.
• Prepares loan packages according to bank, regulatory and investor guidelines by gathering and reviewing the necessary documentation and information within designated time frames.
• Communicates with customers, staff, lenders, counsel, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain all documentation required to complete the file.
• Provides other administrative support to the department as required.
