Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is opening its doors to our 13th location in Tallahassee on Monday, January 22nd, and we want YOU to be part of the excitement! We will be calling to schedule face to face interviews starting Monday December 18, 2023 - Friday January 12, 2024, or until slots fill up!

Upon joining us on our opening team your journey with us would begin with an Orientation on Monday, January 15th, offering both morning and afternoon options.

Following that, our training sessions will run from January 16th to the 21st, with both AM and PM sessions available. It's important to note that attendance on these days is mandatory;

they're not just days on the calendar they're essential steps in your exciting new adventure with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza.

A "Line / Prep Cook" is responsible for tasks that include preparing food items for daily use. This position requires a sense of urgency and adaptability.

S / he represents the Company by providing service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a positive environment.

• Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a great dining experience from beginning to end for our guests
• Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Ensure menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; including food allergy issues
• Follows recipes; Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
