Chief Operating Officer

SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a $1B AUM leading Broker / Dealer and Investment Advisor to find a new strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer.

This executive will be responsible for strategically managing the firm's operations and technology, providing strong and effective leadership to a dedicated team and ensuring success and growth of the organization. The firm has acquired two other B / Ds over the past three years and will continue to look for accretive acquisition to enhance the firm's portfolio.

This person will play a key defining role in implementing an operations and technology strategy.

This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, competitive drive with active engagement and an appetite for change.

This role will be based in the Twin Cities with an onsite presence required.
