The Director EHS, External Manufacturing is the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead for BMS's global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and acts as the primary point of contact for EHS relating to the third-party supplier (TPS) network. In this key role, the Director of EHS (ExM) is responsible for integrating EHS requirements into all stages of the TPRM lifecycle to ensure third-party suppliers comply with local EHS regulatory requirements and meet BMS EHS performance expectations. The role will work closely with multiple teams and functions, including Global EHS, BMS External Manufacturing teams (A&I, Biologics, CTO, etc.), Product Development, Product Stewardship, Procurement, and external suppliers and partners, and will interface with internal and external senior leadership to progress the External Manufacturing EHS strategy and agenda. Reporting to the Executive Director of GPS EHS and S-CoE, the role demands a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in EHS at a global scale, driving continuous improvement, and creating a safety-first mindset.

Devens - MA - US : $197,230 - $239,001 New Brunswick - NJ - US : $179,300 - $217,268 Princeton - NJ - US : $179,300 - $217,268 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
