A top-rated independent health system in  Findlay, Ohio  is seeking a motivated physician to lead  100% outpatient rheumatology care  at their  state-of-the-art Wellness Park facility.  Whether you're looking for  part-time, full-time,  or a  week-on / week-off  lifestyle, this role puts  you in control .

💼  The Role :

100% outpatient rheumatology – no inpatient rounding

Build your schedule :   part-time, full-time, or week-on / week-off

Choose your  patient mix and age group

Work alongside a  high-functioning care team  and a full spectrum of specialties

Use  Cerner EMR , fully integrated across settings

Access to  Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and CME  opportunities

Teaching optional  – engage with medical students and APP trainees

Enjoy real  autonomy  while shaping clinic operations

No locums or visa sponsorship at this time

💰  Compensation & Perks :

$300K base salary (40 hrs / week)  + wRVU productivity bonus

Total earning potential up to $500K / year

$50,000 signing bonus

Loan repayment options  (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually – your choice!)

Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

$5,000 annual CME & board certification support

248 hours PTO  (vacation, holidays, CME)

403(b) with  4% employer match  (starting Year 2)
