Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (required)

Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)

Experience working in elementary or middle school settings preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals

Adapt general education curriculum and instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs

Implement behavior management strategies and positive behavior supports

Monitor and document student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and parent communications

Collaborate with related service providers, classroom staff, and families

Maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district special education regulations
