California Licensed Junior Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Junior Loan Officer / Production Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Loan Officer in preparing preliminary loan packages by obtaining necessary documentation from customers

Prequalify customers using automated underwriting portals and respond to general inquiries regarding policies and procedures

Maintain customer databases and perform administrative tasks to support the Loan Officer

Required Qualifications

2+ years of mortgage industry experience

NMLS licensed

Solid knowledge of conventional, government (FHA / VA), and Jumbo loan requirements

Comfortable speaking with borrowers and referral partners
