Position Overview
Love Wellness is seeking a strategic and relationship‑driven Sr. Influencer Marketing & Community Manager to lead our influencer strategy and campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and creator partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling our influencer presence, driving end‑to‑end campaign management, and keeping Love Wellness at the forefront of social and cultural trends. You’ll collaborate closely with our agency on TikTok Shop initiatives, oversee the ShopMy affiliate program, and lead UGC procurement for paid media campaigns. As a people manager, you’ll mentor and develop the Coordinator, Influencer Marketing into a high‑performing team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own influencer and affiliate marketing strategy, aligning efforts with brand goals for awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks; oversee reporting and present insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of social commerce, influencer behaviors, and affiliate marketing innovations.
- Oversee and mentor the Coordinator, Influencer Marketing—providing guidance, feedback, and professional development to build them into a high‑performing team member.
- Build and manage high‑value relationships with influencers, creators, and talent reps across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Guide influencer selection and onboarding to ensure alignment with brand values and authenticity.
- Identify and cultivate niche communities in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fitness, and motherhood.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution : create briefs, negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables, and track results for both paid and organic efforts.
- Own the ShopMy affiliate program end‑to‑end, including strategy, creator engagement, growth optimization, and platform management.
- Collaborate closely with agency partners on TikTok Shop strategy and execution, ensuring they have what they need (product info, launch plans, briefs) while providing direction and oversight.
- Oversee UGC procurement from influencer partners to fuel paid media campaigns, ensuring content quality and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Drive business goals by integrating influencer initiatives into broader marketing and paid media campaigns.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong background in affiliate and performance‑driven programs.Proven success in building and managing influencer and creator relationships across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Experience leading affiliate programs (ShopMy, LTK, or similar) and managing agencies.Track record of procuring and leveraging UGC to support paid media performance.Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.Experience managing and developing junior team members, fostering growth and performance.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.Chronically online — deeply immersed in social and influencer communities, with a pulse on emerging trends, creator culture, and platform shifts.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, mission‑driven environment.Passion for women’s wellness, social media, and building authentic creator communities.Benefits
