ProSidian Seeks a Executive Manager | Executive Manager - Expert (LPO03) [Engagement Team |

  • Exempt 541611] located : CONUS - Washington, DC Metro Area or Telework (Remote) As Authorized Across The Mid Atlantic Region to provide Energy Industry (Oil, And Gas / Power, And Utilities) Sector related Management And Operations Solutions for Professional Management And Support Services on behalf of The United States Department of Energy DOE Loan Programs Office(DOE | LPO). This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Loan Programs Office (LPO) Administrative Support (Executive Manager - Expert ) in the Energy Industry (Oil, And Gas / Power, And Utilities) Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as United States Department of Energy (DOE | LPO) | DOE Loan Programs Office Located In CONUS - Washington, DC Metro Area or Telework (Remote) As Authorized and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

This Key position is referred to as the "LPO Program Manager" in the Performance Work Statement. Professional experience in consulting, managing, and executing projects and programs with multiple projects. Provides strong senior-level management and direction on client projects, defining project strategy, objectives, and scope, including defining project deliverables. Demonstrated understanding of the client's industry, and also possesses an extensive set of consulting skills to solve the client's problems. Provides executive level leadership in strategic, business, and action planning and execution. Provides oversight of key business and process enablers, and management of project resources.

Provides management and technical review, industry insight, issue resolution, and overall quality assurance. Works effectively under pressure and in the conduct of demanding assignments and expresses ideas well both orally and in writing. Possesses technical and management expertise and command of associated analytical disciplines. Delivers presentations and leads strategic client meetings. Disciplines include, but not limited to, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geosciences, Humanities, Information Technology, International Studies, Law, Life Sciences, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Mathematics, Operations Research, Political Science, Public Policy, Statistics, and Science.

  • Professional Experience : Demonstrated experience in consulting, managing, and executing projects and programs, preferably with multiple projects.
  • Strategic Leadership : Ability to provide strong senior-level management and direction on client projects, defining project strategy, objectives, and scope, including defining project deliverables.
  • Industry Knowledge : Demonstrated understanding of the client's industry and possessing extensive consulting skills to effectively solve client problems.
  • Executive-Level Leadership : Ability to provide executive-level leadership in strategic planning, business planning, and execution.
  • Resource Management : Ability to provide oversight of key business and process enablers, as well as effectively manage project resources.
  • Quality Assurance : Ability to provide management and technical review, industry insight, issue resolution, and overall quality assurance.
  • Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, capable of delivering presentations and leading strategic client meetings effectively.
  • Technical and Analytical Expertise : Possession of technical and management expertise, as well as command of associated analytical disciplines relevant to the field.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure : Capability to work effectively under pressure and in demanding assignments.
  • Educational Background : A degree in a relevant discipline such as Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Geosciences, Humanities, Information Technology, International Studies, Law, Life Sciences, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Mathematics, Operations Research, Political Science, Public Policy, Statistics, or Science.

  • Program Manager Telework Responsibilities - The Contractor Program Manager shall : 1) Oversee implementation of the Contractor telework program; 2) Account for and report the employee / contractor's time spent during telework status. Monitor, assess and ensure compliance with all aspects of this Telework Task Areas Performance Requirements
