About the Role As an Entry-Level Manager , you'll receive hands-on training in leadership, customer service, and marketing.

This is not a desk job—you’ll work face-to-face with customers , support client campaigns , and gain experience that translates across industries.

What You’ll Do Deliver excellent customer service at high-traffic retail locations Learn and apply direct marketing and brand promotion strategies Represent client brands with professionalism and confidence Communicate with leadership to resolve customer questions and concerns Participate in training workshops focused on leadership, communication, and campaign management Support team performance and mentor new team members as you grow What We’re Looking For Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required) High energy, self-motivated , and goal-oriented Strong communication and time management skills Adaptable, coachable , and eager to learn Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
