Hours - 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, Monday - Friday
$15.00 per hour

Seasonal Mowing staff duties :
- Mowing
- Trimming
- Daily / weekly PM's Cleaning, greasing of the mower and sharpening on the mowing blades.
- Assisting the GroundsKeepers with miscellaneous grounds tasks
Duties will include but not be limited to :
- Assist in maintaining landscaped areas with the use of tractor mowers, weed whips, edgers and other related equipment and hand tools providing a clean and green appearance of school properties.
- Assist in the maintenance of all mowers, small equipment and landscape tools.
- Assist in keeping landscaped areas weed free.
- Pick up and dispose of trash, both on own initiative and as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head Groundskeeper.
Qualifications / Skills Required :
- Must hold and maintain a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer to haul equipment to the assigned facility
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment, Zero turn ATV's .
- Experience in operating walk-behind and ride-on mowers.
- Experience maintaining a wide variety of light gasoline and diesel equipment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and move heavy objects and equipment safely alone or as part of a team.
- Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination are both important, as is attention to detail.
- Must be able to work outside in inclement weather.
- Must be a Team Player.
