Key Responsibilities

Manage and contribute to the project and company full-time, collaborating with OCV and leveraging resources

Conduct customer discovery and use iterative feedback to build a commercial arm around the OSS project

Grow the open-source community alongside the business, advancing OCV's mission

Required Qualifications

Significant contributions to an open-source project with an existing community

Strong enthusiasm for being the founder of a company

Understanding of basic startup considerations
