Position Purpose :

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner in delivering comprehensive HR support across a range of key functional areas. This hands-on role requires strong professional experience in employee relations, performance management, and payroll, with a focus on ensuring compliance with both federal and state employment laws. As the sole HR business partner on-site at our San Antonio OpCo distribution center, you will collaborate closely with operational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectivesdriving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement to foster a high-performance, people-first culture.
