POSITION SUMMARY :  Perilla is looking for experienced, courteous and motivated individuals to join our team as one of our line cooks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Including, but not limited to the following :

• Prepare ingredients then cook and plate dishes as indicated by recipes.
• Minimize waste to ensure cost control.
• Prepare all dishes in a timely manner by maintaining a properly stocked and clean workspace and meeting all prep time demands.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including equipment, tables and shelves.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with both coworkers and guests.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by the line supervisor or chef.
