A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to join their People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of organization-wide job architecture and leveling for compensation and talent management programs
Drive the annual competitive benchmarking process and analyze survey results to provide recommendations
Administer and lead activities for the annual compensation process, including project management and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field
A minimum of 4+ years of compensation experience
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
Proficient in Workday system administration
Experience with HRIS systems, benchmarking, and compensation systems
