Key Responsibilities

Mentor team members on Unreal Technology and motivate the team

Own and drive engine topics, ensuring technology meets the needs of all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

7 years of programming experience in the games industry, with at least 1 year in a lead role

Deep proficiency in C++ coding and thorough understanding of Unreal Engine

Extensive knowledge in engine-related focus areas such as rendering, tools, or physics

Experience with multithreaded programming and system architecture skills

Ability to debug and optimize code effectively
