Job Summary
The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads all Client Sourcing Operations and is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platform within the Financial Services Division at JLL. Lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing plans within assigned Division by collaborating closely with Divisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to set overall priorities and account goals. Closely collaborate with Americas Sourcing Solutions Development, Category Management, and relevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients. Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team. This includes accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals. Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL in addition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business.

Required Experience
Direct financial services industry experience required
Experience in senior leadership positions leading large, dynamic, remote teams required
Bachelors degree (BA / BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred.
At least 15-20 years of experience working with Sourcing and Procurement.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders.
Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization.
Demonstrated experience with client presentations.
Demonstrated experience in the sales process within a large organization.
Estimated Compensation
175,000.00 - 190,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
