Front Desk Coordinator

Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience while managing essential front desk operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival.
• Manage the check-in process for contractors and other guests.
• Respond to phone inquiries using a multi-line switchboard system.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and contractor check-ins.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support front desk operations.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay visitor information.
• Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information.
• Provide timely support for any front desk-related issues or concerns. Requirements - Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic administrative procedures.
• Detail-oriented approach and appropriate appearance.
