Our servers help to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for our guests, know the difference between service and hospitality and get a kick out of making other people's days brighter, happier, and full. It's TRUE!

We look for people who :

• Are TRUE to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality.
• Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment.
• Don't have that experience to start? We offer a full development program that will give you the skills to train up!
• The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and / or weekends should be doable.
• Love working as a team.

What you will be doing :

• Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection.
• Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs.
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings.
• Accurately take food / beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard.
• Communicate regularly with and respond promptly / courteously to all guest requests.
• Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations.
• Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

• Compensation : Starting at state tipped minimum / hour + $600to $1000 / week in Tips*
