Tax Principal | Partnership Track Location : Remote flexibility (San Francisco / Financial District, Montgomery Street)

• Compensation : Up to $300k+ with partnership track

This opportunity is with a respected advisory and accounting firm hiring a Tax Principal for its San Francisco office. The firm works with high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, and privately held businesses, including billionaire clients.

What You Will Do

Lead tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and business entities

Oversee sophisticated strategies in gift, estate, and charitable tax planning

Serve as the primary advisor for legacy client relationships, including ultra-high-net-worth families

Manage and mentor a skilled team of tax professionals

Drive process improvements and contribute to firmwide initiatives

Support succession planning and transition of legacy clients

What You Will Need

10+ years of public accounting experience

Deep expertise in high-net-worth taxation (individual, partnership, trust, estate, gift, and charitable)

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

CPA required

Bonus Points : Prior experience working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, or multigenerational wealth.
