About The Role... As our first Director, Product Marketing, you will own the go-to-market strategy for product launches, define compelling narratives for both brands and creators, and ensure alignment between product development and customer needs. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for building our product marketing function from the ground up and driving adoption and engagement across our platform.
Your Impact to The Role :
- Drive end-to-end strategy for new product and feature launches
- Serve as the voice of the customer to shape messaging and product positioning
- Create sales enablement assets including decks, one-pagers, and FAQs for new launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Partner with Marketing to amplify product stories and drive usage and expansion
- Develop clear, cohesive narratives that connect product features to customer value

New York Pay Range
$150,000-$170,000 USD
The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
