• Help coordinate financial tracking, forecasting inputs, and monthly reporting in partnership with the BSMII and Finance teams.
• Maintain operational trackers for resource allocations, contractor headcount, and initiative spend.
• Participate in the preparation of executive-ready materials for meetings, reviews, and leadership routines.
• Support planning and logistics for employee engagement events, recognition programs, and organizational health initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, support reporting, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00 / hr.
