Director Of Demand Generation

We're looking for a strategic and performance-oriented director of demand generation to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth. This role is responsible for engaging decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise segments through data-driven initiatives that influence revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, and content syndication.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion by monitoring key funnel metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align on lead quality, handoff processes, and revenue goals.
  • Develop targeted strategies for nurturing complex enterprise buying groups and scaling outreach for mid-market prospects.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage budget allocation across channels to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Present campaign performance insights and ROI metrics to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth through integrated marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
