Group Product Manager for Financial Services & Compliance

The Group Product Manager for Financial Services & Compliance will lead strategy and execution for Zoom's product offerings tailored to the financial services industry. Ensuring not only customer-centric innovation but also adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., FINRA, SEC, GDPR, data retention, archiving). You will maintain compliance across Zoom Workplace and Business Services offerings.

The Financial Services & Compliance Product team at Zoom is dedicated to building secure, compliant, and innovative communication solutions tailored for highly regulated industries. Partnering cross-functionally with diverse teams to co-create products that align with rigorous regulatory requirements such as FINRA, SEC, and GDPR. Their focus is on delivering secure, inclusive, and modern collaboration experiences that meet the unique needs of regulated industries.

Responsibilities :

• Defining and leading the product strategy for enterprise-grade admin controls, data security, data governance & communication compliance features across Zoom Workplace and Business Services offerings.
• Driving development of compliance tooling (e.g., DLP, e-Discovery, information barrier, legal holds).
• Engaging with enterprise and financial services customers to deeply understand their data, security, and compliance needs. Translating those insights into scalable product solutions that deliver secure, compliant, and intuitive user experiences.
• Addressing administrative and compliance needs for Zoom AI Companion.
• Defining and monitoring success metrics and product KPIs tied to enterprise customer adoption.
• Analyzing competitive offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Collaborating with Compliance partners and provide integrated solutions to joint customers.

What we're looking for :

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $171,800.00 Maximum : $375,900.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
