ODM Developer

IDR is seeking an ODM Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting large-scale state projects focused on client eligibility systems within the healthcare industry. The position offers the chance to work remotely on a critical state initiative with an innovative organization.

Position Overview for the ODM Developer :

• Design, develop, and implement business rules and decision services using IBM ODM or other BRMS tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into executable decision logic.
• Develop, test, and deploy decision artifacts, ruleflows, and data models to support enterprise systems.
• Integrate ODM solutions with Java applications, APIs, and databases to enable real-time decision processing.
• Perform unit testing, regression testing, and validation of business rules to ensure accuracy and performance.
