Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

Primary Responsibilities :

• Identify scope of work, specifications, and potential risks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade superintendents effectively.
• Review takeoffs, general conditions, and additional requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and user groups in alignment with company values.
• Participate in project meetings and facilitate trade coordination.
• Develop project critical path schedules and assist in long-term projections.
• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and document scope changes.
• Represent the company in meetings with owners and subcontractors.
• Gather pricing information and estimate change order items.
• Support the development of owner pay applications.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough reviews of work for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate on project as-builts and other documentation.
• Manage subcontract change orders, including negotiation and approvals.
• Oversee project close-out activities, including warranties, final payments, and records retention.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Procore.
• Strong understanding of MS Office Suite.
• Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to estimating.
• Understanding of how estimating functions support construction operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous field experience in construction industry or skilled trades.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
