Accountabilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather, clarify, and document business requirements related to Medicaid and healthcare administration.
• Analyze data from healthcare claims, provider management, eligibility, benefits, and contract management to support client decision-making.
• Develop detailed design documentation for platform modifications or new components that integrate with existing systems.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Participate in client consulting engagements, planning sessions, and requirement-gathering workshops.
• Validate data quality, identify trends, highlight inconsistencies, and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
• Assist with QA, application support, and ongoing client implementation needs.
