Thriving Manufacturing company is looking to add an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to their growing team! The ideal person for this role will have experience with Plastics Manufacturing.
Having an extensive LEAN / SIGMA, background and experience building QMS systems is what they are wanting! Having a background implementing systems and team development is key to this role.

Requirements :
- Previous Supervisory / Management experience (you will be overseeing a team of 6-10 people)
- Implementing QMS systems and providing team development is huge!
- LEAN / SIGMA background
- Experience with QMS and putting together the actual quality of a system (frequency of checks, etc.) There is a foundation in place already, they want you to help them improve it.
- Plastics experience is a MUST
- Manufacturing experience is a MUST
