This role is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure well-managed and profitable properties. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants; clarify lease terms and respond promptly to inquiries
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, including vendor coordination and supervision
- Conduct regular inspections and submit detailed monthly reports
- Prepare annual budgets, review financials, and report on variances
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property-related matters
- Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquencies per company protocol
