REPORTS TO : Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

EFFECTIVE DATE : 9 / 1 / 2025

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform daily janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms and common areas.
• Site aggregate work – Grading, Bobcat work, snow removal, waste management, landscaping, parking lot maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned and in proper working order.
• Comply with all shop safety policies & procedures.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, and painting repairs as necessary and / or assigned by lead mechanic and / or site leadership.
• Restock janitorial and maintenance supplies; notify supervisor when stock is low.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS :

o Prior relevant work experience required.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

o Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

o Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

o Ability to work closely with peers and leadership to develop and execute on team orientated goals.

o Ability to follow company directives and instruction.
