As Global Key Account Manager you will sell our unique mechanical isolation system – AOGV. You will work with just one energy company. But a huge one! Which?

As a Key Account Manager at Izomax, you will work with one of the world's leading energy companies and represent our groundbreaking AOGV mechanical isolation system. This is a strategic role where you'll take full ownership of the account, drive engagement, and build a long-term partnership. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative, and are comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.

You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing your schedule independently. You enjoy the flexibility of a self-directed role and are ready to travel internationally to meet clients and support business growth. You bring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, making you an effective partner both internally and externally.

You will lead efforts to identify new opportunities, build the opportunity pipeline, and support the service delivery function to ensure flawless execution. You will also be responsible for all activities that enable the business to meet its objectives for this global account, including driving market share and revenue growth. Depending on business complexity and account success, there may be future opportunities to oversee a team of Global Account Managers.

What you'll be responsible for

This isn't a supporting role. You'll own the account and lead the way.

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop account plans, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support global account development
  • Develop and maintain sales according to defined KPIs
  • Contribute with market trend and customer information
  • Participate in various external and internal forums

What you bring to the table

We're looking for someone who's ready to take the lead – and already knows how to deliver.

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or technical sales
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building strong client relationships
  • Highly independent, organized, and solution-oriented in approach
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • A structured and systematic extrovert with leadership and mentoring skills
  • You are the entrepreneurial kind
  • Up to date on market movements and relevant trends
  • Relevant university education
  • Preferably you have a minimum of 5 years' experience from the international energy industry
  • You are ambitious! Driven by the desire to succeed in meeting challenging goals
  • You are not frightened by travelling more than 50% of the year
