Legal Assistant

Pompano Beach, FL

The candidate will have worked with volume, ideally in a collections firm, and will have knowledge of the legal process for civil cases. In addition, they should know how to e-file and navigate the Florida e-portal and have experience with setting hearings and talking on the phone with judicial assistants and opposing side. 2-5 years' experience would be great.

In addition to a candidate with secretarial legal experience, we could also use someone who has collections experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on the phone talking to debtors, have a strong knowledge of the FDCPA and be comfortable working with template repayment agreements.
