Lead Body Sculpting / Esthetic Specialist iCRYO is seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal, business development and sales skills.
This person has a background in health, wellness, or retail management. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and helpful environment for our guests as well as educating them on the services offered - including facials, body sculpting, body toning, and other esthetic services.
This person should be a self starter and willing to grow his / her book of business. This person should have an interest in health and wellness and be willing to become familiar with cryotherapy, red-light therapy, sauna usage, compression therapy, ozone, and IV drips.
In addition to a positive work environment, our team members receive complementary lifestyle services (Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Body Sculpting, Sauna, and Compression) as well as discounted medical services.
We also offer a well funded commission structure enabling opportunity for compensation growth. Qualifications :
- 3 years of sales experience with a high-volume service retailer or fitness center is preferred.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20-40 hours per week part time or full time on a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work in a dynamic upscale organization.
- Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers and customers.
- A strong understanding of the social media space, and ability to create content.
- Ability to utilize social media by creating content for engagement throughout your shift including photos and videos.
- Develop a guest base and meet or exceed reservation goals.
- Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling reservations.
- Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
- Completing thorough consultations for Body Sculpting and esthetic treatments.
- Selling esthetic services to existing and new guests.
- Cross-selling complementary services to amplify guest results.
