A company is looking for a Help Desk Support.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and configure computer systems, software, and equipment for new hires
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues for local and remote users
Log and track service and repair activities while managing user accounts and permissions
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or 1-3 years of relevant IT support experience
Experience supporting both Windows and Apple platforms
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
