Global Employee Benefits Data / Project Specialist - Pharma (Hybrid, Lawrenceville, NJ)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Employee Benefits Project and Data Coordinator for a global Pharmaceutical client. This role will support two strategic initiatives in the global employee benefits space and will be instrumental in collecting, organizing, and managing data across approximately 40

countries (including the US), ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal stakeholders and

external vendors.

This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role at client s office, in Lawrenceville, NJ.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities :

• Global Employee Benefits Benchmarking :
• Liaise with regional insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to collect policy documentation and internal benefits materials.
• Coordinate with the external benchmarking vendor to ensure all required data is delivered on schedule.
• Track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Maintain organized records of all communications and documents.
• Benefits Platform Implementation
• Support data collection efforts for the rollout of the employee benefits platform

across ~40 countries.

Compensation : $36 / hr - $38.93 / hr
