Hays Facilities Management team is partnered with a well-known national Real Estate Firm, who are looking for a Director of Facilities Management to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida.
Your new role
- Oversee and manage all facilities' maintenance activities.
- Responsible for financial and budget planning, capital expenses and projects.
- Management of 3rd party vendors to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and hands-on management of facilities staff
- Understand lease obligations / rights and work with Landlords to ensure compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in a Director of Senior Facilities Role
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Must have experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong industry knowledge and experience with CMMS, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Conveyor systems and so on.
- Experience managing large budgets exceeding $5M.
- Must be process & detail oriented
- Must pass pre-employment assessments, background and drug test.
