Escrow Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking an Escrow Manager to support a client in the Mortgage and Title industry. The Escrow Manager will support their Kyle, TX office. They will be responsible for overseeing a small team as well as producing.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the title company's escrow operations
• Effectively manage the real estate closing transaction for insuring title insurance, in accordance with state regulations, established company policies and procedures and underwriter guidelines.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing title operations.
• Manages, plans, directs, and oversees daily escrow operational tasks of the title company.
• Ensures guaranty file processes, procedures, and workflows comply established title company policies and procedures and in accordance with state / federal regulations.
• Assists VP Title Operations in audits by the Department of Insurance and title underwriter review.
• Oversees and monitors the accurate and timely balancing of all title company escrow accounts.
• Responsible for the daily management of Title Company escrow staff.
• Responsible for achieving production, efficiency, and quality goals in support of title company targets.
• Actively engaged in preparation of title company production and forecasts for senior title company management review and approval.
