The Recognition Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating programs designed to reward and recognize Amare Brand Partners at all levels globally. The role proposes and administers programs that promote leadership and foster company loyalty to improve Brand Partner retention. The Recognition Manager ensures the cost-effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs and the ongoing development and analysis of information and metrics. The position applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Recognition Programs & Awards : Accomplishes recognition goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Coordinates the administration of recognition programs, including communications, promotion, recognition items, digital recognition, leader board, event recognition, etc.
- Promotes the recognition program including Amare Rank Advancement Rewards and Inventory, recognition at events and conventions, recognition during convention, monthly kickoff calls for all global markets, and non-traditional recognition such as birthdays, anniversaries, births, major life events, holidays, etc.
- Researches recognition programs of other industry-leading Direct Sales companies.
- Maintains monthly recognition programs; produces recognition letters and mail pins / letters / certificates to Brand Partners as appropriate.
- Coordinates with Data Manager / Commissions, Market leadership, Global Sales, Marketing / Design, Operations / Logistics to execute the recognition program.
- Travels to events to execute live recognition.
Rank Advancement Awards
Manage all rank advancement awards inventory globally to ensure awards are received by Brand Partners worldwide.
Mailing
Ensure all rank advancement awards are sent promptly and included in Brand Partners' next order after the close of the qualifying month.

Oversee the creation and distribution of digital recognition, including the following KPIs :

After rank Advancement list is pulled and cross-verified, obtain necessary pictures and assets to update kickoff call.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in the Network Marketing industryExperience in a recognition role within a network marketing companyAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, CanvaSocial media savvy, including Facebook, TikTok and InstagramCore Values
