Operations Clerk
Mountaineer Gas Company is the largest natural gas distribution company in West Virginia with over 220,000 customers and 450 employees.
We service fifty (50) of the fifty-five (55) counties in West Virginia and maintain close to 6,000 miles of pipeline.

OPERATIONS CLERK CHARLESTON SERVICE CENTER (CHARLESTON, WV)
We are currently recruiting in our Charleston Service Center, Charleston, WV, for an Operations Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Enters timesheets into timekeeping system.
- Updates information in Company mapping system.
- Assists with customer collection activities.
- Updates customer information service records.
- Orders supplies, classifies invoices, and performs other clerical duties.
Requirements :
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience; an Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college may be considered in lieu of experience.
- The ability to successfully deal with customers and work in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; data entry accuracy; and ability to analyze information.
- Proficiency with various computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Preferences :
An Associates degree in related field.
