Job Opportunity : Sr. Business Analyst

An insurance client in Cincinnati is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large multi-year program. The role involves working with the Program Manager and IT teams to modernize Producer tools. Key responsibilities include :

• Creating and maintaining process flowsboth business and systems
• Documenting functional and non-functional requirements for project teams regardless of project methodology
• Documenting data requirements (attributes, mapping)
• Sharing knowledge and experience with business analysis best practices
