What You'll Do :
Lead and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content, and paid advertisingCollaborate with creative, operations, and club teams to craft engaging content and member experiencesCreate data-driven campaigns that meet and exceed lead generation and performance goalsCollaborate with the corporate web design team to oversee and enhance landing page performance and user experience.Visit club locations regularly to capture authentic content (photos, videos, testimonials)Manage and track campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and insightsStay current with industry trends and leverage innovative tactics to stay ahead of competitorsManage marketing budgets effectively and allocate spend strategicallyWhat You Bring :
25 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of measurable successStrong creative instincts with the ability to engage and convert prospectsProficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, ClubOS, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms, and email campaign softwareExperience with Adobe, HTML / CSS, and Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of Looker Studio and other digital reporting tools to help drive lead conversionPassion for content creation, storytelling, and brand buildingPositive, proactive attitude with strong collaboration skillsAdditional Requirements :
Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stay active during content creation visitsWilling to work on-site and travel to gym locations for marketing needsProfessional demeanor : you're a brand ambassador for Gold's Gym PNWEducation & Experience :
