In this role you will Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Accept payments for delivered items and provide accurate change back to the customer.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships by answering questions and handling customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries. Assist with daily store operations and inventory activities, as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment and delivery vehicle Must comply with HIPAA and CRA guidelines Skills and experience you have 2+ years of driving experience preferred Minimum 21 years of age and must be a Michigan resident Must pass a criminal and background check Customer service and / or retail experience preferred Proficient computing skills Excellent oral, problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills Knowledge of cannabis is a plus Reliable transportation Schedule : Flexible schedule Weekend availability Salary : From $15 per hour + tips Benefits : Health Insurance Employee discount Powered by JazzHR
