We are seeking a Service Sales Support Representative to join our team and assist the IM Service Sales Operations group in achieving business objectives. This role involves providing essential support to the team and handling various administrative and customer service tasks. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a background in service support and customer relations to grow with us! Pay Rate : $19-$20 / hr Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm Hybrid Schedule! Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via our 800# support line.
• Process and update accounts, Carekits, and Purchase Orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ServiceMax and D365 systems.
