Job Responsibilities

As a DC General Warehouse Operator, you will join a highly motivated team dedicated to attaining operational perfection. Your duties will encompass :

• Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Selecting, packaging, and readying orders for delivery with precise attention to detail
• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed daily productivity goals
• Assisting with inventory counts and participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Mid-Shift : Monday-Friday 11 : 30am - 8pm- plus overtime

Overtime Required As Scheduled On All Shifts

Mid-Shift Rate $21.00

Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance.

Pay Range : $15.00 - $19.59

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
