Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate prioritization process.
- Perform User Story Analysis and extracts requirements for stories.
- Gain an in depth knowledge of the business requirements.
- Develops and executes functional test cases.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business customers.
- Works with customers in defining and proposing alternative solutions for changes and break fixes.
- Provides input on solution and business requirement document.
- Gain enough technical details of a project to participate in the estimations process.
- Supports implementation of process improvements, best practices, and high quality solutions.
- Provides system support for production issues by troubleshooting and recommending solutions.
- Performs organizational tasks regarding change control, incident management and audit.
- Works with product owner and customer to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirements documentation.
- Contributes to department process improvement activities.
- Help document and coordinate go-live activities.
- Participate with creating business process diagrams.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and document them in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions that align to the requirement.
- Should be able to construct flow diagrams for the requirements gathered.
- Should be capable to extract full requirements for the partial requirements identified as this is project is in incubation stage.
- Proficiency in depicting requirements gathered in workflow diagrams.
- Proficiency in converting shell user stories into refined technical user stories in Gherkin format.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field preferred.
- ITL Foundation Certification preferred.
- Experience in requirement analysis field, preferably in automotive industry.
- Ability to gather requirements for cases that are not fully defined.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of service and change using Agile Methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing within own team and business.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proven to be able to work well under pressure.
- Competent understanding of Business Analyst processes including requirement gathering and delivery.
