Nucar Chevrolet of Lowell is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous automotive experience to further their careers with one of the area's fastest growing Dealer Groups!
Salary : $120,000+
Requirements :
- Previous automotive sales experience is required, and automotive management is preferred.
- Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with a professional appearance and strong customer relations skills!
Responsibilities :
Manage and monitor the performance of sales employeesSupervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealershipMonitor and analyze salespeople's performances and assist salespeople in closing deals including creating follow-up communications with customers to increase closing percentagesWork with business manager in structuring deal to maximize revenueCommunicate with sales managers / salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followedRealize monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals and objectives for the departmentStay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customersAttend and conduct sales meetings and training on a daily basisReview and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time more effectivelyKnow and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto salesWe Offer :
