Job Description : Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for a Project Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.
The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following :
- Coordinate Field Activities
- Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors
- Enforce safety
- Site visits
- Prepare daily reports
- Cost control
- RFI’s
- Change orders
- Value Engineering
Qualifications :
- Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 5 projects in the range of $5 million to $20 million
- Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
- Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications
- Must have federal or public work experience
- School construction experience a plus
- Computer Skills : email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MGL CH149 Project Experience preferred
