JOB SUMMARY : Prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction.
Adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : High School Diploma / GED; Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy & in good standing. IV Certification preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area) : Up to 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : (Check Applicable Areas)
Communication Skills : Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Other Skills : Mathematics, Medical Terms, P.C.
