Base pay range : $28.85 / hr - $31.35 / hr

Job Summary

Responsible for the accurate and timely performance of various assigned functions in support of the month-end close and reporting process. Generate and post journal entries, perform balance sheet account reconciliations, review reports, research invoices as needed, assist on special projects, and perform other clerical and accounting-related tasks. Acts as a liaison with Accounts Payable, including researching invoices and checks. May be involved in special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and other requests.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Accounting group by generating and posting journal entries. (60% time)
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations. (10% time)
• Act as liaison with Accounts Payable, including researching invoicing and checks. (10% time)
• Research and resolve reconciling items with exceptions reported to management for review and consultation (10% time)
• Timely research and resolution of customer inquiries. (10% time)
