A company is looking for a Part-Time Global Benefits Specialist (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Administer, research, plan, and develop U.S. health and global benefit programs
Oversee 401(k) administration and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Analyze global / local laws for compliance and provide data analytics on program utilization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in U.S. employee benefits, with 2+ years in global benefits
Knowledge of U.S. leave laws and benefits practices required
Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS experience; Workday experience is a plus
Ability to manage highly sensitive information confidentially
